•Postpartum women in para 1 •Singleton pregnancy •Delivery of a healthy normal infant •Diagnosis of GDM defined as carbohydrate intolerance resulting in hyperglycemia, with onset or first recognition during pregnancy (American Diabetic Association cut-offs)
