Number assessed for eligibility - 120 (Phase1), 144 (Phase2) Number recruited and allocated/ randomized - 56 (Phase1), 86 (Phase2) Final sample size - 50 Study completed - 29.12.2017 Sixty–second paranasal air suction can provide an immediate pain relief for acute migraine in adolescents. We did not assess pain outcomes beyond 60?s, but the initial responses suggest the need to further study the efficacy of paranasal suction in migraine. A further study is suggested to evaluate the acute effects, efficacy and side effects of paranasal air suction
