• Number assessed for eligibility: 90 • Number recruited and allocated/randomized: 80 • Date of trial completion: Follow up continuing in the control group • Final sample size: 36 (Intervention group) Pre measurements were taken from 9th October 2019 and the post measurements were taken following a 12-week core stability program in the intervention group. Control group disassembled to regiments while taking the pre measurements because of the COVID-19 outbreak. After assembling the control group, data will be taken.
