The same group of 20 athletes will be provided with the four different fluids on four different days during their training with four days of wash out time in between. They will perform their routine training under natural conditions, for one hour while the ambient temperature and humidity levels will be recorded.

Inclusion criteria

Male and female athletes training for 800m to 1500m events •Age 18-35 years

Exclusion criteria

Any athlete with a condition incapable of performing the routine work out
