Primary outcomes 1. Percentage change in attendance at the healthy life style center before and after the intervention (5 months prior and after the commencement of the intervention) in the intervention group- 29.5% (p<0.001). There was a statistically significantly difference between pre- and post-utilization status of the intervention group. 2. Percentage of people who have changed at least one behavior in relation to at least one major behavioral risk factor for Non-Communicable Diseases (5 months prior and after the commencement of the intervention) in the intervention group- 25.6% (p=0.039). There was a statistically significantly difference between pre- and post-status of the intervention group. Secondary outcomes 1. Change in the mean level of perceived support from family in the intervention group (5 months prior and after the commencement of the intervention)- 9.62 (p<0.001). There was a statistically significantly difference between pre- and post-utilization status of the intervention group. 2. Change in the mean level of perceived social support for reducing risk for Non-Communicable Diseases in the intervention group (5 months prior and after the commencement of the intervention)- 15.01 (p<0.01). There was a statistically significantly difference between pre- and post-utilization status of the intervention group. 3. Change in the mean level of awareness on healthy lifestyle centers in the intervention group (5 months prior and after the commencement of the intervention)- 6.34 (p<0.001). There was a statistically significantly difference between pre- and post-utilization status of the intervention group.
