  4. New Supplement and Standard Nutrition: During the intervention period, only basic dietary advice, including a detailed diet plan, pre-and post-event meals, pre-and post-event ergogenic supplements, and event-related dietary advice, will be provided to the intervention group. However, as part of the intervention, we will NOT provide any vitamins nor nutritional supplements, and only advice on taking them would be explained.
  5. Control Group Intervention: Participants in the control group will not receive any dietary advice at the baseline. However, personalized nutritional advice will be provided at the end of the intervention to address knowledge gaps. Additionally, individual prescriptions will be given if there are abnormal nutritional parameters.

• Strict protocols will be implemented to prevent knowledge sharing between groups. • The intervention group will receive personalized nutrition education individually by the PI which may not be relevant to fellow athletics. • Participants will be instructed not to discuss study-related information with others during the recruitment produces. • The competitive and passionate nature of the participants reduces the likelihood of contamination. • Reassurance will be provided to the control group that they will have access to the personalized nutrition education program after the intervention by the PI.

As part of the intervention, we will not provide any vitamins and nutritional supplementation. Only advices of taking them.
